Careworker applications
We are always open to receive applications from care workers that cover our local areas of Worcestershire, and/or the West Midlands.
Hours can be arranged to fit around school runs or family commitments and pay is commensurate with your experience. A car driver is preferred but not essential. Holding an adult care qualification would be advantageous, but not essential as we will provide training and qualification opportunities to all successful candidates.
As a care worker, you will be responsible for providing high quality care and support to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity in their own homes.

Key responsibilities:
- Assisting our clients with personal care
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Administering medication as required and completing appropriate records
- Assisting with mobility needs
- Assisting and preparing meals where required
- Working in accordance with our client's individual care plans; maintaining accurate records of all care provided
- Communicating with healthcare professionals, management, and family members as required
This role is subject to a full DBS check, prior employment reference checks, and you must pass our Induction training. We cover all training costs and any qualifications you undertake with us.
