These qualification are accredited by the Highfield awarding body and all come under the Regulated Qualification Framework. They are recognised across the Health and Social Care sector and beyond.

Level 2 Diploma in Care
This qualification is ideal for those at the beginning of their care career and looking to build on their confidence and skillset.

Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care
This qualification is ideal for those who have been working in care for sometime working at a level of below Adult Care
Worker.

Level 2 Award in Dementia Awareness
This qualification enables individuals involved in caring for people with dementia to develop their knowledge and
understanding of dementia and in particular those factors that influence interactions and communication with individuals
who have dementia.

Level 2 Certificate in the principles of Medication Handling and Administration for Care Settings
This qualification is a knowledge-only qualification that provides underpinning knowledge and understanding in relation
to medication types and processes, principles of handling medication and principles of administering medication.

Level 2 Award in Awareness in End of Life Care
This qualification will provide learners with a basic understanding of how to approach end of life situations sensitively, respectfully, effectively and with a focus on quality.

Level 2 Certificate in Introduction to Autistic Spectrum Conditions
This qualification is designed for learners who wish to develop an understanding of autism and how to support
Individuals with autism.

Level 4 Diploma in Adult Care
This qualification is ideal for those who are looking to develop further their specialist skills and knowledge in their area of
responsibility which enables them to lead in areas such as assessment or enablement. Their team members will look to
them for inspiration, and they will provide coaching and mentoring to their colleagues. Learners should have an input on
care planning in their usual role to undertake this qualification.

Level 4 Certificate in the Principles of Leadership and Management in Adult Care
This qualification is the ideal bridging qualification for those looking to move into Management roles in the future or for
Managers new into their post and looking to support their management induction standards formally.

Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Adult Care
This qualification is to develop learners' skills and knowledge in leadership and management to ensure that services can
respond fully to the needs and aspirations of those that use their provision. You must be working in positions where you
have input on staff supervisions, deal with complaints, leading or managing a team, input within finance, lead staff
meetings and have input within care needs assessments.
